Absolutely LOVE these cards! We recently had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton and it was a very long stressful drive, I used these cards with my kids. They helped relieve a lot of the stress and anxiety we were all feeling! As a coach for tweens and their families, I highly recommend these beautiful, inspiring cards!

The Worry Deck and Worry Deck Kids are an amazing resource with quick strategies to use on the spot. Whether you are in need of a daily affirmation, quote or positve coping exercise to start your day, then this is the resource you need. I use this for myself, my children and with primary school students. They make great presents too!

This deck is fantastic. The exercises are so practical and helpful. It really helps me focus on what I can do and let go of what I cannot control. The backs of the cards are very pretty too.

Who Do You Know Who Worries?

The WORRY Deck can help…

Why are these card decks important? They are important because everyone worries and you are not alone! Being human is having lots of emotions which we think of as “good” (happy, joy, excitement, confidence, and calm) or “bad” (fear, anger, sadness, grief and guilt). But consider this: what if there are no “bad” emotions? Yes, I know, there are emotions that make us feel pain, heartache, discomfort, and overall icky (to use a very technical term :)) and that feels very bad! But what if all emotions are important and are trying to tell us something?

When we don’t know what that something is or we know but don’t know how to change it, we can choose to push down or distract ourselves and the feelings “come out sideways”.

We may…

  • create long to-do lists and make ourselves busy
  • over sleep or can’t sleep well (trouble falling, staying asleep or early morning waking)
  • overeat/make poor food choices or can’t eat at all due to stomach upset
  • drink too much alcohol to relax or forget
  • exercise too little because we have no motivation or energy or too much because we have anxious energy to burn

Is this true for you? Would you like to learn how to make another choice and directly address your emotions in order to become aware, move through and finally let them go? If yes, please read on…
